The scope of services shall include an overview of AW’s current OT & SCADA infrastructure operations, review of the 2017 SCADA Master Plan and summary of the status of the recommended actions of that plan. Furthermore, a gap analysis assessing current OT & SCADA operations relative to identified needs of the system, project projections (including a 3-5 -year technology look ahead) that will need to be incorporated into OT & SCADA environment and the necessary system improvements to do so shall be developed. An implementation schedule resulting from the gap analysis and future systems needs, meeting and workshop facilitation, and general project management and contract administration will also be necessary to meet project objectives.
