Summary of Specifications:
This project will consist of design and construction of a 3,900-square-foot building containing locker rooms, storage for police equipment, and an emergency operations center. Associated site work is also included with this project. This project is intended to be constructed as a design/build project. The initial contract will be for design services only; the General Contractor shall assemble a design team to complete these services. A follow-up construction contract may be issued to the General Contractor once a Guaranteed Maximum Price has been established.
