This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks one or more community-based organizations to partner with the city on initiatives that promote capacity building through community engagement and advance climate justice in frontline communities in Boulder. The purpose of this RFP is to identify projects and initiatives developed and implemented by community partner(s) and/or community-based organizations that support equity-centered climate awareness, disaster preparedness, climate action and community resilience-building.
