This request for qualifications (RFQ) for the Central Ave Bridge Replacement Project invites Statements of Qualifications (SOQs, or Submissions) according to the requirements set forth in this RFQ. The SOQs will be reviewed and evaluated, as described in Section 6, to select a short list of CMAR firms. At the completion of the evaluation process, the City of Boulder (city) will communicate the resulting short list of CMAR firms that will receive the request for proposals (RFP).
