The Guaranteed Income Pilot Project (preliminary project name) is a program in which funds from the city, and potentially from other investment agencies, will be transferred to selected, eligible low-income community members on a monthly basis for up to 24 months, to support economic mobility and resilience and other positive outcomes. The City of Boulder anticipates distributing up to $2.4 million in monthly cash transfers in 2023-24 though the Guaranteed Income Pilot Project.
