Description

On behalf of the Boulder Broomfield HOME Consortium, the City of Boulder Housing and Human Services Department is seeking a consultant to develop a Five-Year Strategic Plan (Consolidated Plan) and Regional Fair Housing Plan for the Boulder Broomfield HOME Consortium for HUD Program Years 2025-2029. The time period for the Plan will be January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2029. The department is requesting proposals from qualified firms and individuals with proven experience in developing Consolidated Plans and Fair Housing Plans or similar planning documents, in compliance with all associated federal laws and regulatory requirements. The department intends to submit the Consolidated Plan to the HUD Region VIII Office when allocations become available therefore the department would like the document to be substantially complete by May 30, 2025.
