RFP-12-001 - As Needed Electrical Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Procurement & Contracts Manager is soliciting written sealed proposals from qualified firms to perform “As Needed” Electrical Services including Repair, Installation and Maintenance for the City of Brighton. Service Provider shall perform repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical services for the City of Brighton on as “as needed” basis. Needed services during the contract period will be requested through issuance of work orders (see Attachment A). There is no guaranteed minimum amount of services to be ordered. No work order exceeding $25,000 will be issued under this agreement. No project will be divided to avoid the requirements of a formal bid process.
