RFP-12-007 - As Needed Masonry and Roofing Consulting Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Procurement & Contracts Manager is soliciting written sealed proposals from qualified firms to perform “As Needed” Masonry and Roofing Consulting Services for the City of Brighton. The work to be performed under this Contract shall be described as follows: Roof inspections and written reports, Roof asset value determination, Rooftop quality assurance, Prepare full replacement specifications, Masonry consulting, Historical restoration consultation, General building maintenance, Repair specification writing, Contractor selection assistance, Construction cost analysis, Project payment review, Provide all specifications and written reports in electronic format, All work provided and requiring engineering approval shall be accomplished by a Colorado Licensed Professional Engineer, All work requests for project fees shall be submitted in writing to the requesting department with a copy to the Procurement office, Any project with an estimated cost of over $25,000 shall be formally bid and shall not be a part of this agreement.
