Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton by and thorough its Procurement & Contracts Manager is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the Benedict Park restroom remodel and landscaping, as stated in the Plans and Project Manual of this Invitation to Bid. The City of Brighton is requesting bids from Contractors to remodel an existing restroom originally built in 1960 at Benedict Park located at 1701 Skeel Street, Brighton, CO 80601. The Work shall include all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary to remodel and landscape the building as described in the project manual and plans.
