ITB-11-063 - Carmichael Park Construction

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton by and thorough its Procurement & Contracts Manager is accepting Bids from qualified firms to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and superintendence to complete construction of Carmichael Park, a nine acre undeveloped park, to be located at 650 East Southern Street in Brighton. The work shall include the construction of two picnic shelters, a prefabricated restroom, sandstone walls, park identification sign, electrical service and site lighting, playgrounds, concrete trails, sanitary service, storm water system, water service, irrigation system, turf planting, and tree and shrub plantings. The work shall be completed no later than June 30, 2012.
