The City of Brighton seeks the proposal of qualified Respondents to create a new comprehensive plan to ensure the principles, policies, and strategies in the plan reflect current growth patterns, policies, and priorities since the plan was last adopted. The new Comprehensive Plan will factor in conditions that have changed since the previous plan and chart an appropriate path forward. The City of Brighton is seeking a Consultant with extensive experience in preparing general plans, a proven ability to assess a city’s current conditions, and knowledge of state and federal regulations.
