ATTENTION: ALL INQUIRIES REGARDING THIS RFP SHALL BE DIRECTED TO THE CITY OF LOCHBUIE TO THE ATTENTION OF THE TOWN ADMINISTRATOR, STEVE STAMEY. 

This comprehensive Rate and Fee Cost of Services Study will review utility fixed rate, user fee and plant investment fee structures. It is intended to provide the Municipal Sewer board with recommended changes that would promote the objectivesw of fair and equitable rates for operations in addition to fund reservices for capital replacement.
