ITB-13-051 - Construction US85 & Bromley Lane Intersection Improvement

NOTE: ALL BIDDERS MUST BE ON THE CDOT PREQUALIFIED VENDOR LIST IN ORDER TO SUBMIT A BID. The City of Brighton by and thorough its Procurement & Contracts Manager is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the construction of safety improvements and add efficiency to the intersection of US85 and Bromley Lane in Brighton Colorado, as stated in the Plans and Technical Specifications attached and referenced in this Invitation to Bid. Improvements include, but are not limited to, construction of roadway surfaces for the realignment of the turn lanes on both US85 and Bromley Lane; realignment of Main Street as it intersects Bromley Lane; signal construction for the intersection; associated drainage improvements; street lighting improvements; and undergrounding of power lines in the area of Main Street. Wages paid during the course of this project shall be in compliance with all Federal regulations regarding wages, such as the Davis-Bacon Act and the Copeland Act.
