Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton by and thorough its Procurement & Contracts Manager is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the construction and landscaping of Eagle View Park, a 1.7 acre park located at 1150 Prairie Center Parkway, Brighton, Colorado. The work shall include grading, import of fill soil, irrigation installation, construction of a shelter, electrical, site furnishings, concrete trail, asphalt parking lot, erosion control, native seeding and plantings. The work is anticipated to start by mid September and complete the plantings in spring of 2013. All work to be completed as stated in the Technical Specifications of the Invitation to Bid.
