ITB-11-001 - Fairview Cemetery Maintenance Shop Construction

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton by and thorough its Procurement Manager is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the construction of the Fairview Cemetery Maintenance Shop. The shop will be constructed in an existing asphalt parking lot of the cemetery. The building to be constructed is approximately 1207 square feet in size. Building construction shall include the foundation, concrete block walls, interior block walls, room, flat roof with EPDM roofing, and concrete patio. The interior work shall include construction of a lunchroom/office with finishes to the floors, walls, ceilings, and the shop/equipment storage room. The work shall also include construction of water and electrical service connections for the building. The job includes heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems for the building. The sanitary sewer service shall be installed by others.
