Located in the heart of historic downtown in Brighton, Colorado, The Founders Plaza Phase II project consists of the installation of new landscape, landscape boulders, irrigation, grading and drainage, pedestrian site furnishings, concrete flatwork, decorative concrete flatwork, decorative concrete finishes, decorative pavers, cast in place concrete seat walls, concrete landscape curbs, cut stone slab benches, decorative metal screens with custom framing, festoon lighting, shade trellis’ and trellis lighting for a project less than one-quarter of an acre in land area. The awarded contractor will be expected to coordinate directly with the City and Consultant team to deliver a seamless physical and aesthetic integration of Phase II with the completed Founders Plaza Phase I.
