Summary of Specifications:
ALL DRAWINGS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE SHORTLY. To furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to complete the landscape improvements to the Future City of Brighton City Hall Building located at 500 South 4th Avenue. (Formerly 450 South 4th Avenue.) Project includes but not limited to landscaping, irrigation and parking lot. No pre-bid will be held for this project. The present site was completed in 1975. Remodeling of the building is currently underway. The Contractor will be required to work with other contractors during completion of this project.
