Summary of Specifications:
The City of Brighton by and thorough its Procurement & Contracts Division is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials as necessary for the Lawn Care and Landscape Maintenance Services within the City of Brighton as stated in this Invitation to Bid. This bid includes a bid alternate. The City of Brighton is accepting a bid alternate for maintenance, repair, start-up, winterization, on-call maintenance, and emergency repair for existing irrigation systems. Irrigation system includes all components starting at the output side of the water meter.
