The City of Brighton, Colorado (City) requires the services of qualified construction companies to provide General Construction Services. These include but are not limited to generator repairs and maintenance, stormwater inlet replacement, transportation infrastructure repairs and maintenance, and other miscellaneous services as needed.
The City intends to retain multiple qualified construction companies to provide services up to the end of 2020 with the option to extend the agreement for four (4) years thereafter in one-year increments. The City does not guarantee any number of projects or compensation to be awarded under this Professional Service Agreement (PSA).
Respondents are asked to only submit qualifications for the services in which they are proficient and experienced, as submitting for multiple categories will not increase or decrease the chance of being selected. The City will review and rank each category on its own merit. Upon selection of the most qualified respondents, and approval by the City Manager, the City will negotiate a contract with the selected companies to provide professional services.
