The City of Brighton, Colorado (City) requires the services of qualified maintenance firms to provide repair and maintenance services for Lift Stations (Sanitary) and Booster Stations (Potable water) for the 2020 year. These include but are not limited to scheduled maintenance, capital maintenance, repair and replacement of parts of the facilities The City intends to retain multiple qualified firms to provide services up to the end of 2020 with the option to extend the agreement for four (4) years thereafter in one-year increments. The City does not guarantee any number of projects or compensation to be awarded under this Professional Service Agreement (PSA).
