Summary of Specifications:
ADVANCED NOTIFICATION OF UPCOMING BID. The City is seeking bids to construct to completion the roadway improvements for Southern Street between Telluride Street and South 45th Avenue and Tower Road between Bridge Street and Bromley Lane, including related utility, grading and drainage work. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, supplies, equipment, plant, transportation, services, and all other things necessary for the completion of the contractual work, follow applicable erosions and sediment control regulations and requirements, and perform the work in accordance with the requirements and intent of the Contract Documents. COMPLETE BID DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN E-PURCHASING SYSTEM NO LATER THAN JULY 31, 2014.
