The City of Colorado Springs is contracting for financial advisory services to the municipal government and its enterprises, excluding Colorado Springs Utilities. It is intended that the contractor will perform a variety of functions during the term of the contract. These functions may include assistance with evaluation of the City's financing needs and options; preparation and sale of General Obligation Bonds, Revenue Bonds, Certificates of Participation, and other debt financing mechanisms; and representing the City's best interests in the financial market.
