ITB-JS-PM 2015-04 - 2015 Mill and Overlay

Summary of Specifications:
The work to be performed under this contract includes removal of pavement markings, removal of asphalt pavement, removal of concrete islands, removal of concrete curb ramps, asphalt overlay, curb and gutter replacement, concrete curb ramp replacement, installation of flashing beacons, installation of signage, installation of pavement markings, installation and wiring of traffic control signal equipment, cleaning of designated streets, and related work, as shown in the Exhibits (A-F). The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. The Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with the City, Waste Management, school districts, HOAs and Metro Districts, as applicable. The mill and overlay project shall take place between no sooner than September 21, 2015 but must be substantially complete by November 31, 2015. Work shall be performed only between the hours of 8 A.M. and 5 P.M.
