Summary of Specifications:
The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified contractor to construct 2016 Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation, Project No. 2016-02-PM. This work will primarily consist of removal and replacement of damaged/failed concrete pavement sections along East 104th Avenue, between Highway 2 and Potomac Street. All Work must be completed within 120 calendar days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed.

Sealed bids will be received at the Commerce City Municipal Services Center, 8602 Rosemary Street, Commerce City, CO 80022, until 11:30 a.m. MT, Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders are invited, but are not required, to attend the bid opening.

Questions or comments regarding this RFB must be received in writing no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, April 08, 2016, by Jay Snyder at 8602 Rosemary Street, Commerce City, CO 80022 or j_snyder@c3gov.com. Answers to questions will be posted as Addenda to the RFB by 1:00 PM on Monday, April 11, 2016.
