Description

The City of Commerce City (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors (“Respondents”) to provide RIGHT OF WAY (ROW) LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE for calendar year 2022, as described in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) and more specifically detailed in Attachment B, “Detailed Scope of Services.” The selected Respondent is expected to provide programmatic and on-call ROW landscape maintenance, including irrigation monitoring and repairs, as more fully detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP (“Services”).
