Bids will be submitted to the “The Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System” website (http://www.rockymountainbidsystem.com) where they will be received, until 2:00 p.m. MT, Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders are invited, but are not required, to attend the bid opening. Bids will be opened at the Commerce City Public Works Department, 8602 Rosemary Street, Commerce City, CO 80022.
