The City of Commerce City (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors (“Respondents”) to provide building department administrative and technical support services, including general administrative consultation, plans examining, and job site inspections, as set forth more fully below, to support the City’s Community Development, Building Safety Division in its implementation of providing building life safety (the “Work”), as described in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).

Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly marked “Proposal for Building Safety Division Support Services and Plan Review Services” the outside of the sealed envelope.
