Summary of Specifications:
The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified contractor to construct Chambers Bridge Widening & Multi-Use Trail, Project No. 2015-02-PW. All Work must be completed within 90 Working days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Sealed bids will be received at the Municipal Service Center, 8602 Rosemary Street, Commerce City, CO 80022, until 2:00 p.m. MT, Friday, April 15, 2016, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders are invited, but are not required, to attend the bid opening. Questions or comments regarding this RFB must be received in writing no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, April 08, 2016, 2015, by James Newberry, P.E. at 8602 Rosemary Street, Commerce City, CO 80022 or jnewberry@c3gov.com.
