Summary of Specifications:
The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified contractor to construct Chambers Road Multi-Use Trail, Project No. 2015-02-PW. All Work must be completed within 90 Working days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. 

Sealed bids will be received at the Municipal Service Center, 8602 Rosemary Street, Commerce City, CO 80022, until 1:00 p.m. MT, Tuesday, March 08, 2016, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders are invited, but are not required, to attend the bid opening. 

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be will be held at 10:00 am. MST, Monday, February 22, 2016, at the Municipal Service Center. Bidders not represented at this meeting will not be allowed to submit bids.
