Summary of Specifications:
The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified individual or entity (hereinafter, “Contractor”) to provide the conceptual and technical requirements for the redesign of the Web site for the City of Commerce City (the “City”). Contractor would be responsible for all conceptual and technical services as well as phased roll out of the site. Anticipated start date is Sept. 28, 2009.
The City of Commerce City’s current website was developed in 2006. The website can be viewed at www.c3gov.com. The primary goals of the City’s Web site are to provide a simple and intuitive electronic access to public services and to serve as a public communications tool. The City would like the redesigned site to support e-government transactions such as on-line permits, on-line forms and applications, on-line payments, and a variety of other activities in the near future. The City will also consider streaming video in the future. The redesigned site should have a theme that promotes the City with a welcoming, friendly, and professional feel. The City seeks options on accomplishing the goals. Contractor must have a minimum of three (3) years experience providing services of this type.
