2021-054 - Commerce City Citizen Request Management System

A rapidly growing and dynamic community, the City of Commerce City is seeking proposals from qualified Respondents for the installation, configuration, hosting, and administration of a new Citizen Request Management System (“System”). More specifically, the City is looking for comprehensive proposals for a System that will be able to continuously evolve along with the City and meet the needs of the City as it expands. The new System must be able to integrate with other applications the City uses (ESRI/GIS, Online Payments, Cartegraph, Granicus, Central Square (Community Development SaaS), Office365/Outlook).  Moreover, the City is looking for a System that has the ability to track where incidents are occurring and report on them, as simple reporting on requests does not provide the analytics that the City, Council or Citizens need.
