Summary of Specifications:
The City of Commerce City (the “City”) is seeking comprehensive Construction Manager/ General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the Commerce City New Recreation Center and Second Creek Drainage, Potomac Street & 112th Ave. improvements. This will be a two stage selection process. The City will evaluate the responses to this RFQ and select Final Proposers. Final Proposers will be offered a Request for Proposal to proceed to an interview used for final selection.
