Summary of Specifications:
The City of Commerce City (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consultants (“Respondents”) to provide comprehensive Construction Management and Inspection Services, to support the City in its implementation of the Highway 2 Widening Project (“Project”) as stated in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). 

This RFP provides a general description of services anticipated, submittal requirements, selection criteria and the selection process. The response to this RFP (a “Proposal”) should serve as a complete and detailed approach to performing the services outlined in this RFP. It is acceptable to create a team or use subcontractors to fulfill the Services, but any proposed subcontractors/team members must be identified and their roles clearly defined in the Proposal.
