RFP-MH-Mech 14-01 - On-call Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Repair & Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Commerce City (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide routine maintenance and repairs on all heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment at various City buildings and facilities. Existing equipment includes various manufacturers, types, sizes output and controls which are digitally, pneumatically or electrically controlled. Contractors should include certified and licensed/skilled staff who can perform the required work under the direction of a licensed mechanical contractor. The Contractor will be expected to enter into a service contract with the City consistent with the terms of this request for proposals (the “RFP”) and the Contractor’s submitted proposal.
