Summary of Specifications:
The City of Commerce City (the “City”) is seeking a qualified and experienced Design Contractor to provide (1) an area visioning plan with alternatives analysis, 2) comprehensive preliminary and final design services, including necessary permit work, to support the City in its design of the Second Creek Drainage Improvements, (3) comprehensive preliminary and final design services for 112th Avenue Improvements, and (4) and comprehensive preliminary and final design services for Potomac Avenue Improvements. Collectively, these 4 tasks comprise the “Project” as stated in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
