Summary of Specifications:
The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified contractor to construct the Sandcreek Sidewalk Connection project, Project No. 2015-06-PW. All Work must be completed within 90 days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Sealed bids will be received at the Commerce City Municipal Services Center (MSC), 8602 Rosemary Street, Commerce City, CO 80022, until 11:30 a.m. MT, Friday, February 26, 2016, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders are invited, but are not required, to attend the bid opening. Questions or comments regarding this RFB must be received in writing no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, February 19, 2016, 2015, by Jay Snyder at 8602 Rosemary Street, Commerce City, CO 80022 or j_snyder@c3gov.com.
