The City of Commerce City (“City”) seeks proposals for the provision of telephone town hall meeting services (“Services”), on a non-exclusive basis, as set forth in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).
City Council has hosted telephone town halls since 2015, reaching 4,959 residents using this tool. Event information is listed below for reference. City Council is interested in increasing the amount of two-way communication with residents. Telephone Town Halls will be one of many engagement tools employed to achieve the City’s desired outcome. The successful Respondent will help the city leverage telephone town halls to increase participation and dialogue.
The anticipated start date is 5/15/2019. The term is for a three year period, subject to annual appropriation, with the option for renewal for two potential one-year renewals at the same rates.
Questions regarding RFP requirements must be received by Glenys Trost, administrative specialist in writing at gtrost@c3gov.com by 5:00 PM MT on Monday, April 15, 2019. Oral and late questions will not receive responses.
Proposals containing the information required by this RFP, in the format described below, must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. (MT) on Wednesday, May 01, 2019. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly marked “Proposal for Telephone Town Halls” the outside of the sealed envelope. Proposals must be submitted to:
