One electronic copy shall be delivered to www.bidnetdirect.com Interested Respondents shall submit deliverables that clearly demonstrate their ability to provide the products as outlined in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).

1.         Any response submitted must include cover letter which has been signed by an individual authorized to bind the Respondent. All responses submitted without such signature may be deemed non-responsive.

2.         Responses shall not exceed 10 pages in length.

3.         Submittals will be evaluated on the basis of their written responses. The following questions shall be addressed in each response:

1. 1. Specific experience with governmental entities and goal setting sessions
  2. Resume
  3. Hourly rate sheet (travel will be compensated in accordance with GSA per diem rates)
  4. Three (3) references.
