There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference at 10:00 a.m. (Local Time) on February 13, 2020, at the City of Durango Service Center Conference Room at 105 Sawyer Drive Durango, CO 81303. Late arrival or failure to attend the pre-bid meeting will result in disqualification. This meeting will be held in conjunction with the pre-bid meetings for Reconstruction of City Streets and Alley Reconstruction projects.

      Bids are to be completed on the Bid Schedule form furnished and any exceptions to the specifications must be attached hereto and made a part of the contract. Retain one copy for your records.
·    Successful Contractor must have or obtain a current City Business License when awarded the project.
·    Successful Contractor must complete a W-9 form (Taxpayer Identification No.).
·    The City of Durango is exempt from all local, state and federal taxes.
·    The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

A Statement of Residency Form (attached herein) must be completed and returned with bid.
