Description

The City of Durango invites qualified individuals or firms to submit proposals for a professional financial advisor for year one (1) ending December 31, 2022, with the option, on mutual written agreement, of extending the contract for four (4) subsequent fiscal years. The selected consultant shall assist the City of Durango in financial management planning, management of its existing debt program, the issuance of new debt, short- and long-term debt portfolio analysis projects, strategic planning, and other financial analysis projects. Respondents should have significant experience advising municipal governmental entities.

A.        Proposals shall be filed electronically via: www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado prior to the date and time specified above as a single pdf file in your firm’s name. Late proposals will not be accepted. Proposals shall not exceed twenty (20) pages in length.
B.        Retain one copy for your records.
C.        Successful Consultant must have or obtain a current City Business License                        when awarded the contract.
D.        Successful Vendor must complete a W-9 form (Taxpayer Identification                              No.) upon award.
            E.         The City of Durango is exempt from all local, state, and federal taxes.
            F.         The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to                            waive any informalities or minor irregularities in proposals, and to accept                          the proposal deemed, in the opinion of the City, to be in the best interest of the City.
