Summary of Specifications:
The City of Durango invites interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required products, to submit firm bids in accordance with the provisions, specifications and instructions set forth in this Request for Informal Bids. The specifications are intended to describe the minimum requirements for furnishing approximately twenty (20) trees for Replacement, Arbor Day Trees, Homeowner Cost-Share Program, and trees/shrubs for City Landscape Projects (April – October 2015). No firm or guaranteed quantities are expressed or implied herein, and the City shall not be obligated to pay for any product until ordered and received by the City. This will be an “All or None” bid, awarded to a single vendor. Successful vendors must be able to supply a minimum of 90% of the tree varieties indicated.
