Description

The City seeks a contractor with a reliable, experienced, and qualified history in ramp, sidewalk, concrete pavement, curb and gutter, and asphalt construction on public streets. Also required is a strong understanding of ADA requirements.

Work generally includes replacement of sections of sidewalks, curb returns, driveway slabs and curb ramps along W. 20th Avenue from Depew Street to Sheridan Blvd.

Desirable Qualifications of Contractor

Understanding of ADA construction practices and requirements
Ability to meet the time requirements of the City.
Excellent reputation for completing construction projects on time and on budget.
Provide services at a reasonable cost.
The City will consider past work quality and references.
