Summary of Specifications:
This project will consist of survey design with staff and board input and public outreach in the form of direct mailing, electronic surveys and one public meeting. The consultant will provide a report of the results for a statistical valid survey. Information gathered from the survey will be presented to both the Parks and Recreation Advisory board and City Council along with recommended changes to the Master Plan.
