The City of Edgewater (City) respectfully requests proposals from responsible and qualified individuals and/or firms to provide the City with Diversity, Equity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEEI) Assessment Services as described in Section II (Scope of Service).
The goal of the City, through this RFP, is to contract with an individual/ a firm to provide an organizational assessment/s for the City, to assess Edgewater’s internal employee processes, and external City services and functions. The intent of an organizational assessment/s is to understand processes as much as outcomes through a lens of diversity, equity, equality and inclusion. As part of the RFP, the City also would like to see recommended next steps to implement findings and recommendations from the assessment/s.
The City of Edgewater, Colorado will accept proposals via email at lpedroza@edgewaterco.com, until 12:00 p.m. January 21, 2022. Proposals received later than the above referenced time will not be accepted for review or consideration.
ONE (1) ELECTRONIC COPY OF YOUR PROPOSAL SHALL BE SUBMITTED AND RETAINED BY THE CITY OF EDGEWATER.
