The City of Edgewater (City) respectfully requests proposals from responsible and qualified
contractors to provide the Edgewater Civic Center Solar Energy.
The City is interested in obtaining energy from a solar PV installation to be built at the Edgewater Civic Center. Edgewater has located roof space to be utilized by a solar system; provided, however, developer is responsible for investigating the site for suitability for development. The developer will provide and install the solar PV panels, the inverters, all supporting structures, and all electrical wiring and transformers on the site to the point of interconnection, which is defined as the electric meter. Completion is preferred by November 2021 but all proposed timelines will be reviewed. The proposals shall be power purchase agreements (PPA) which include the benefits of the solar investment tax credit (ITC). All contracts and agreements will be between the developer and the City of Edgewater.
The City of Edgewater, Colorado will accept proposals at lpedroza@edgewaterco.com, until 12:00 p.m. June 30, 2021. Proposals received later than the above referenced time will not be accepted for review or consideration.
ONE (1) ELECTRONIC COPY OF YOUR TECHNICAL PROPOSAL SHALL BE SUBMITTED AND RETAINED BY THE CITY OF EDGEWATER. ALL SUBMISSIONS
