The Harlan Street Lead Service Line Replacement project consists of repairing and replacing twenty (20) 3/4” lead water service lines from the main line to the shutoff valve, including the replacement of this shut-off valve, in public right of way. We are asking for a unit price for replacement with schedule K Copper pipe and a alternate unit price for Q-line pipe.
