NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, bids should be prepared and submitted in a form which addresses the needs outlined herein. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be accepted until Noon (Mountain Time) on September 17, 2024. Bids shall be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System website (bidnetdirect.com). Proposals received using another method such as email, mail, or hand delivery will not be accepted or considered.
