The City of Edgewater (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants (“Consultant”) to add further detail to the original scope identified in the 2019 Traffic Calming and Mobility Plan (Attachment C) and 2022 Sidewalk Improvement Plan (Attachment D) as they apply to Harlan Street from 20th to 26th and W. 26th Ave. from Pierce St. to Sheridan Blvd. The scope of work includes taking recommendations from the current plans and engaging the community to identify which projects should be built next to support traffic calming, sidewalk widening, bike lanes and creating conceptual renderings that can be used in presentations.
