ITB-12-011 - 2012 Asphalt Paving Crack Sealing Project

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood’s objective is to hire a qualified and competent Contractor to provide all labor and equipment necessary to place City provided crack sealant for approximately 120 City blocks for the 2012 Asphalt Pavement Crack Sealing Project as detailed in the attached specifications, list, and map included as part of this Invitation to Bid. To be considered a qualified & competent contractor you must have a minimum of three job references of a similar size and nature. The attached statement of qualifications form must be submitted with the bid. 

The work to be performed under this document consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies for the project including but not limited to certified flaggers, advanced traffic warning signs, removal of vegetation and incompressible materials from cracks, placement/installation of the City provided crack sealant material, (NUVO 500 at unit weight of 9.3 pounds per gallon), and release agent and all necessary incidental and appurtenances for the 2012 Asphalt Pavement Crack Sealing Project.
