The primary intent of this project is to improve the drainage and rideability of the City’s Zone 3 alleys while decreasing their rate of deterioration through the application of a Magnesium Chloride product. This contract includes provisions for grading, tree and bush trimming, structure adjustments, and application of a magnesium chloride dust control and soil stabilization product.

Bidding firms are asked to mark envelope “2021 Alley Grading & Stabilization Zone 3 ” in lower left hand corner with the Bid # ITB-21-038 shown on the front of the envelope in which the bid is submitted. The City of Englewood assumes no responsibility for unmarked envelopes being considered for award. If City offices are closed due to inclement weather, an amendment will be issued with a new date, time and address of the bid opening. The City of Englewood will receive sealed bids for supplying 2021 Alley Grading & Stabilization Zone 3 as per September 16th specifications no later than, 2021 prevailing time, 2:00 P.M. MST. Bids will be received at the Englewood Civic Center 3rd Floor Central Cashiering Attention: Procurement Division 1000 Englewood Parkway, Englewood, CO 80110-2373. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. MST in the Public Works Conference Room located on the 3rd floor of the Englewood Civic Center.
